THE FIRST DAY

Edinburgh to South Queensferry today on the first leg; I have to take my chances due to work/travel commitments. A beautiful day and the journey ended with a kind RNLI lady signing my way card at Hawes Pier. It was very busy there as the cruise ship ARCADIA was at anchor by the bridge. Photo shows her and the bulk oil tanker STEALTH SKYROS at the Hound Point terminal. Onwards, ever onwards ...... Jim

Congratulations. I believe you are the first recorded pilgrim. Thank you so much for your pictures and your reports.
Might you be available to be interviewed on July 1 by the BBC on Good morning Scotland

Sounds like a fantastic journey, Jim! What a beautiful day for it, and how nice that the RNLI lady could sign your way card at Hawes Pier. It must have been a sight with the Arcadia and the Stealth Skyros in the background. As you continue on your travels, I imagine the scenic route must provide plenty of inspiration — much like the way good ebook design services can bring new life to a story, transforming simple text into something visually captivating. Wishing you safe travels on your next leg, and may the views keep fueling your journey, both on the road and in your creative endeavors!
